We’re seeking a dynamic changemaker to join our life-saving mission as Fundraising Manager. This isn’t just a job – it’s your chance to be the architect of hope for

What You’ll Do:

EVENT MASTERMIND

• Design and execute show-stopping fundraising galas and awareness campaigns
• Transform ideas into impactful experiences that move hearts and open wallets
• Manage everything from red carpets to security – you’re the conductor of this orchestra

RELATIONSHIP ARCHITECT

• Build bridges with government officials, ambassadors, and business titans
• Become the trusted voice connecting our mission to influential decision- makers
• Turn handshakes into life-changing partnerships
• Craft compelling donor journeys that inspire generosity
• Hunt down new funding opportunities like a treasure hunter with a heart

• Turn data into donor delight through recognition and stewardship

STORYTELLING CHAMPION

• Create content that makes people cry (happy tears) and reach for their wallets
• Ensure our brand voice resonates across cultures and languages
• Transform statistics into stories that save lives

WHAT MAKES YOU OUR HERO

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, PR, Non-profit Management, or related field
• Proven track record in event planning or stakeholder engagement (nonprofit/healthcare preferred)
• Communication skills that could convince anyone to join our cause
• Organizational wizardry – you juggle flaming torches while riding a unicycle
• Pressure-proof – deadlines don’t scare you; they motivate you
